A group of runners sharing their stories

Writing 4 Resilience (W4R) began when a group of runners from the Running 4 Resilience community all started writing as a way to declutter their minds and share what they’ve learned from their struggles.

Our first writers catch up

We have runners writing about everything from going sober, to stress eating, losing family, being a tired parent, living with a rare disease, retirement and what it’s like being at a crossroad in life.

We don’t know what’s next, but we’d love for you to join along and either start writing yourself or follow our journey.

What is Running 4 Resilience?

Running 4 Resilience is a weekly run (6pm Wednesdays at the Arc de Resilience) and was started to save one life from suicide… as many times as possible.

If you or anyone you know is doing it tough, we believe the best thing you can do is to be active with mates and JUST. KEEP. MOVING.

Do I need to be a runner to join?

No way, but we believe being physically active and getting sleep is vital to having a healthy brain and being able to write well.
